I. Shoe Upper Material Requirements:
We recommend Full Grain Leather (full-grain cowhide).
Because it cannot be used in a molten metal environment. Mesh, ordinary fabrics, and ordinary PU cannot be used. Once molten metal drips, it will burn through, melt, and adhere.
The best configuration is Waterproof Heat Resistant Leather.
Features: Thick cowhide, flame-retardant treatment, heat-resistant, fire-resistant.
The upper part of the shoes requires a Smooth Upper Design.
Molten metal is most afraid of gaps, grooves, and laces holes. once the molten metal enters, it will remain and burn.
Therefore, an integrated upper, with fewer stitching lines and a concealed structure, is recommended.
The recommended height for the shoe shaft is Mid-Calf / High Cut Boots, which can prevent molten metal from entering through the trouser legs.
The boot opening should fit the leg snugly and be easy to remove quickly.
II. Shoe Toe Cap Material :
Steel Toe or Composite Toe are both acceptable , just ensure it meets the 200J impact protection standard.

IV. Shoe Outsole Material :
A HRO Heat Resistant Rubber Outsole is required to provide protection against contact with hot surfaces; at the same time, SRC Slip Resistance is also needed. the recommended insulation material for heat insulation is HI Heat Insulation, which helps to reduce the transfer of heat from the ground.
