    Main responsibilities and authority:

    1. Responsible for preliminary demand analysis or coordinate other analysts to conduct demand analysis. Lead the team to complete new product development, be responsible for ensuring the realization of project goals, and lead the project team to complete all work on time and excellently.

    2. Determine the project development plan document, quantify tasks, assign tasks, supervise and guide team members to complete work, track the progress of the project, coordinate cooperation between project team members, communicate with R&D assistants in real time, ensure the completeness and standardization of documents, and supervise the documents at all stages of the project progress, and cooperate with the R&D manager to carry out project quality control and personnel training.

    3. Develop monthly, weekly and daily work plans and ensure the completion of work plans, review the reasons for the unfinished plans and find solutions, and write various document reports and work summaries.

    4. Regularly report the work status of the project to the company, and propose staff increase or decrease suggestions and reasons for special support when needed based on the actual operation situation.

    5. Make a good cost budget for the project and ensure that the expenditure of various expenses of the project is within the budget range.

    6. Complete other work tasks assigned by the leader.
