I. Shoe Upper Material Requirements:
The main feature of the shoe removal device: the shoe upper must be wear-resistant, scratch-resistant and tear-resistant.
Firstly, I recommend Full Grain Leather. the recommended thickness is 1.8mm - 2.2mm. Its advantages include being scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, fire-resistant, and having a long service life.
Secondly, there is Crazy Horse Leather, also known as oil wax leather. Its advantages are water repellency, wear resistance, and good appearance.
Thirdly, there is Microfiber Leather. Its advantages are light weight and good consistency. it is suitable for OEM. However, its wear resistance is usually lower than that of genuine leather.
It is not recommended to use Mesh fabric. It is prone to tear when removed from the environment, easy to get dusty, and has a high risk of sparks.
II. Shoe Toe Cap Material :
The Steel Toe type remains the mainstream in the demolition market. it has low cost, mature protective performance, and is most recognized by workers in Europe and America.
The Composite Toe type belongs to the upgraded market. it is lighter, non-conductive, non-heat-conductive, and more comfortable in winter. It is suitable for high-end construction groups, power demolition, and extremely cold regions.
III. Midsole Material :
We recommend the Kevlar Anti-Puncture Midsole. it is puncture-resistant, lightweight, and soft, providing a comfortable and flexible feel upon bending.
Steel plate midsoles are still in demand, with low cost. however, they are heavy, have poor bending performance, and are cold in winter.
IV. Shoe Outsole Material :
Recommendation: Rubber Outsole , highly durable and slip-resistant. the rubber grip is more stable. HRO is heat-resistant and can be removed when it comes into contact with hot metals, asphalt, or welding areas, it requires a heat resistance of 300℃. FO is oil-resistant and can be mechanically removed with hydraulic oil or lubricating oil, etc.
The best combination of shoe sole structure: Rubber + EVA + PU Or Double-density with PU/Rubber. the structure consists of the outer sole made of Rubber + the middle sole made of PU/EVA for shock absorption + the anti-puncture layer inside the sole. this ensures a balance of durability, comfort and light weight.
V. Inner Material (Lining) :
The inner material is Mesh or Cambrelle, which is sweat-absorbent and quick-drying and durable.
